It is important to mention that , as intermediary , we cannot be held responsible for the realization or no realization of deals between Buyer and Seller . Nor as for any defect of contract which can involve the realization of this one 

We strive to provide each of the parties with the maximum amount of information to enable them to carry out the transactions serenely. This information must be verified by both parties .

The signature of the contract is thus of the only responsibility of the Buyer and the Seller .

Any possible dispute will be treated between the 2 actors without any involvement of the Intermediary that we are.
